Darwin California 2012. Amongst the carnage of abandoned vehicles left over when the mine closed over fifty years ago, I found this little fella sitting in the dirt. I had one just like this when I was a kid. Someone stole it. This could be my bike since the mine closed, Darwin has become the place where pirates, thieves, and bandits go to hide out. Either that or Aliens took left it here..... for those of you whom have been to Darwin, you know what I'm talking about. Strange place and even stranger people.

Hey, I really enjoyed your thread. At first I felt like I was seeing all my children dead, and it made me really sad to see all these beautiful bikes rusting with neglect, but then just like a feral cat that received a bit of love, they can become beautiful bikes once more.

Thanks for the inspiration.
