Hey fellas! So here's the deal.....I'm part of a thing called "Beers Made by Walking" which is a program that lets brewers organize nature walks in their local areas, and uses wild ingredients harvested on these hikes to brew beer. I've been chatting with the main organizer, and he thought an ADV beer would be awesome. So basically heres the idea: we go on a ride, I find someone with a decent camera and photography skills to take pictures of our ride, we harvest wild herbs and fruit on said ride, then I brew beer with said herbs and fruits, and all of your ugly mugs have a chance to be in DRAFT magazine, All About Beer, etc....plus of course you get all the glory of helping brew 600 gallons of sweet, delicious, beer nectar. Anyone interested?

If you plan it, I'll move heaven and earth to be at this one....provided you're ok with Eugenians.

IN....

If you want to cheat a little, my cousins own the Thyme Garden in Alsea and have a large assortment of herbs..I can set this up E Z P Z.
They even have a catalog to view what they have to offer. And the ride there and back is not half bad.
They also have a web site.

Hey Ken.. Thanx for the info. I had an acct on ADV several years ago. Haven't logged in there for quite a while. I'm sure some of my old posts are still there. I'll have to re-create a new account.. and do some browsing.

So.. Tomorrow night eh..? Sounds good. I'll find it and see you there. I haven't done this trade for my CBR yet.. I told the guy Wednesday I'd contact him.. My other bike is a '07 Vstrom 650. The CBR is too fast for my style of riding.

See u in about 22 1/2 hrs.. lol..
