My parents always tell me how cold it is over in South-Africa, when I check it usually around 17-19 degrees and they get out the heaters

My response is normally well mom you know it is summer in the uk and strangely enough we walking around here with t-shirts and shorts and guess what it is also 17-19 degrees

For those who knows it, there is a gravel road to reach the "col de la bonnette" in the south french Alpes, but sometime it is more a dirt track...

In hindsight i'll avoid off-roading with the coolers on the back ... adds too much weight ... though I've had the "MotoMule" off-road for some great riding and it handles admirably considering it's size.

Heya,

Healing up, slowly of course... Another month or more on crutches and who knows about the "ghosts" in my head from the concussion sense of smell (and taste) still screwed

Parts for the bike are on order, work authorized. I told them no hurry (if they have other work) since I won't be ready for a spell. Hope that shop is OK...
