Classy

You're thinking of LaDanian Tomlinson when he played for the Chargers. Classy guy. No showboating, just run it in for a TD, then hand ball to ref and get back to line of scrimmage.

After the interception the 49 reciever Crabtree put his hand in his face and said something to Sherman not sure what.... Just before that Sheman walked up to Crabtree and slapped his ass.... The lady doing the interview had no clue....

Here's a little history behind that nonsense. Apparently Crabtree tried to start a fight with RS last year at a charity event.

I think he learned it from Barry Sanders.

You just named two guys I'd put on my team in a heartbeat. True warriors in a game which demands it. High-acheiving players.

The whole Sherman thing is ridiculously overblown. Networks happily air pre-game rants by guys like Ray Lewis. but when Sherman does a PG-rated version in the post-game, suddenly he's out of line?

Erin Andrews is to blame. She looked like a prissy little princess when Sherman went off. She has enough experience interviewing players to know better than that. If she'd smiled, laughed and gone along with it, it would have been fine. Instead she stuck a sour lemon in her mouth and FOX freaked and cut away.

He just made a game-winning play, maybe the defining play of his career, that sent his team to the Superbowl and people are surprised /outraged he was still a bit fired up when the on field reporter cornered him?

Morans.

Communications is not exactly known as a rigorous discipline.

Also, I suspect most universities provide athletes with more advising and instructional support than they do the other students.
