There's trash talk between players before, during, and after every play. Somehow, even with all the mikes everywhere, most of it is sanitized out. I think it must be NFL policy the networks have to adhere to. When something leaks through, we're shocked. We want the fields green, the uniforms clean, and the quarterbacks pretty, all of it awash in the illusion of politeness.

Thank you Richard Sherman. That was reality football for all to see.

I agree about people wanting to see genuine emotion and then complaining when they get it.

Neither dirty nor illegal.

Sherman is a jerk and a bad example for young football players.

Yeah, you shouldn't grow up in Compton, graduate second in their High School Class-- Football players shouldn't graduate from Stanford-- nor do course work towards a Masters. Shouldn't launch a Charity aimed at insuring kids have the supplies and clothing for school.

Yep, he's a bad bad man.

I'm going to cheer for the Broncos.

Sherman is proving that he's smarter then all the people who are hating on him right now. Its just an act that brings attention to him and he has fun with it. Deion Sanders was the same way and look where that got him. If Sherman didnt back up his bullshit on the field, then I would have an issue with it. The whole thing stemmed from an encounter with Crabtree at a charity event anyways. Who knows what happened there, but they dont like each other. Sherman vowed to embarrass Crabtree someday and he did.

As for Erin Andrews, she looked clueless interviewing Sherman and was out of her comfort level. See if I ever video tape her through a hotel keyhole again.

The solution to this is simple?..the only women who should be allowed on the sidelines at a football game should be wearing cheerleader uniforms.

Send the rest of them packing.

I thought it was Tom Landry that said "When you get to the end zone, act like you've been there before."

I hope somebody who has access to google shows up soon so we can settle this

I like him, he brings a brash nasty in your face style to that position and these days all the athletes are so good that you gotta bring some mental fear into it since you can't hit like you used to.

Neon Deon, Revis, whomever was the best at their time boasted it loud and proud and its all part of the game wether you like it or not, crabtree has plenty of ego to go around to.
