What's with this 1 photo per post business?

here - you gotta have the photo of the namesake curtains...that's the best part.

I tried to call it the "Hamburglar Suite" in toanq's 17Jan2014 Baja report...

Doing my part to make your name catch on...

LittleWan-thank you putting up that pic of the hamburgler curtains.I will try to change up the formatting a little on my posts but my computor skills are not the greatest.Somewhere between San Ignacio and Santa Rosalia I was riding along hwy1 and noticed the mountain looks like a dormant volcano.Tha lava is on the south west side.

I am getting close to the end of day 4 on the road and want to make it to Mulege for a room. But I want to get some pics of Santa Rosalia on the way.The giant copper mine on the north side of town seems to be busy-the town was busy.

The houses in this town are kind of like houses built in the California gold country with big front porchs on them. Here is the Eiffel church.

On to Mulege .With no tailight-and it got dark.I was watching my rear view mirror and let some traffic by before thay got too close. For you pavement only riders this stretch of hwy1 between Santa Rosalia-Mulege-Loreto is awesome.I got to Mulege after dark.Stayed at a little hotel in the center of town with some bikes parked out front.

I passed inmate Fosdick and crew on this stretch but it was a curvy bit and no room to safely stop. They were headed north. This stretch of hwy1 would be good on any kind of bike.

Those courts are all over Baja, but I don't know if I've ever seen one being used!
