Garmin 60CSx Need help entering coordinates

Getting ready for a trip on the Mojave Road. The "Mojave Road Guide" has the starting coordinates as:

N35°2.72' W114*°37.63'

The book says these coordinates are given in degrees, decimal minutes, using WGS 84 datum. So I have my Garmin 60CSx set to hddd°mm.mmm' format and map datum WGS 84 which I believe is correct.

But I'm not sure exactly how to enter the coordinates. Would I enter
N35°02.072' for the first part, or N35°20.720, or N35°02.720? And for the second part would I enter W114°37.063 or W114°37.630?

The last example you have there is correct, I believe. There is some very useful info here also:
