Terrific 1st post Jeffro...........

That is some beautiful country we have in AZ and I am glad that you were able to enjoy it.

I think this is the second time that I have read Butler Maps has a mistake on the details but it seems minor. The maps they put out and the information provided is very cool.

It's a yurt on the southwest corner where the 89, and 64 meet.

You couldn't do the ride without it. It would take years of local knowledge. I'm so thankful for the work they do..

"Typo alert. The detail maps are marked incorrectly on my Butler Map. Detail map 8, and 9 are switched."

Yep it was dyslexic Tuesday on that one

Hilarious. BTW, I'm in the printing business, and the back of the map is as damn near perfect of a design as I've ever seen. Right brain, and left brain. Hats off to Ellen Feigen.

I enjoyed your report and pics. It was fun to "take the trip again" following along with your report.

Glad to see you found the winter road detour back to StG - it's a great option.

They are not the only source, I also have explored AZ for three years and had GPS tracks posted a year before BDR was finished.
