KTM Adventure Ride this Saturday??

Trying to get an idea about how many folks are going on this ride Saturday. My new job has made it hard to talk to Bill and I volunteered to help Cliff's with breakfast so I'm curious about how busy I'll be...

Well as soon as Cliffs finish up with my fork tube and I detail the KTM , I'll be there Saturday morning ready to eat, I'll start with an 5 egg omelete, homee fries, ham, large juice, toast and buurrrrrrrp, some coffee to go.

I'm planning to make it at least for Saturday. I'm hoping somebody knows where we can squirt some dirt on Whidbey and near Chuckanut.

hold the phone...it sounds to me like there are going to be a bunch of KTMs in my neck of the woods? what is going on with this?

Sorry to Hijack but I am going to have to decide if I will go to Canada for that 24 hour race or if I will try to tag along with this KTM thing that I know nothing about....

Sorry, but we passed thru on Saturday. You can see the flight plan here http://www.nmaoffroad.org/newspast.shtml#257

Darin and I had to return home last night, the rest of the crew is somewhere near Mt St Helens about right now.... Awesome riding, awesome weather, awesome scenery, and awesome people. Ride reports to be completed.

Oh yeah, and Darin is working on cleaning the stain out of his riding shorts after riding the Super Duke.

I don't know about a stain but here's proof he's still shaking as he tries to walk through the camp site at Rockport State Park.

Hey Furndog,
How was the ride up to S. Navarre? How was the view and the weather up there?

The ride up was great, 53 miles after gas in Twisp. Only one wrong turn adding eight miles. Note to self the GPS is only as smart as its operator. I am waiting for Darin to start the ride report so I can add my stuff so here's a couple of teasers.
You didn't tell us they had beer up here!

The weather was great the night not nearly as cold as Rockport and we got to see this fabulous sunrise too.

They have picknic tables and fire pits not exactly Sambo's gourmet kitchen but at least we had coffee

We got packed up and off we went, ever heard of 40 miles of bad road? Well this is quite the opposite, ranks right up there on the fun meter

I wanna see some action shots, like you and Sam roosting it around the corners! Seriously though, those are some great pics. Glad you guys made it up there and didn't freeze to death, much different from the snow two weeks ago...
