Goodbye Spirit, Hello Roadster!

Well, last weekend I sold my 2006 VT750DC Honda Shadow Spirit (got an offer I couldn't refuse) and picked up a 2010 VT750RS Honda Shadow Roadster ... kinda had my heart set on the Phantom variant, but have always loved the lines of the RS too ... and I got a deal I couldn't pass up!

In my opinion, the RS is the best of those 750 shadows that Honda did. It doesn't have quite as excessively low a seat height and feet-forward position. nice upright normal fit standard motorcycle

Looks like a cool bike. I like the fact that it doesn't have forward controls. Enjoy!

Always liked the looks of the RS. Post another picture or two when you can. Enjoy!

Will do ... as soon as I get 'er ... she's currently residing at a Honda dealership in a town 125 mi. away from where I live ... weather's lookin' too cold and/or crappy for foreseeable future to bus n' ride, so am trying to track down a shipper for reasonable cost ... hoping to actually have the Bike within the next week or so ... will post a few pics then!

Congrats

The RS has loads of ground clearence . Be careful if / when you put a bike jack underneath the engine ,the coolant pump hangs dow a fraction and you do not want to make that a contact point.....for obvious reasons .Haven't had any issues with mine , it's a Shadow engine so I do not expect to have any . Have fun .
