You're not gonna like this but Ride West has Halo products including vests, I bought a cheesy Home Depot vest for myself which only serves to illustrate to traffic how I would look in a sports bra. Not good.

I've seen this in person, best looking safety vest I have ever seen. I've seen them in various motorcycle shops from time to time as well.

More vests...

Just some others:

Motoport

seebak

web bike world safety page

Conspicuity vest - female tailored

I have one of these (Conspicuity, Inc.) in simple black with white stripes. Actually verges on "not wholly unstylish" while increasing visibility. Very easy to just leave on the jacket as well. Very unobtrusive. I've seen these vests at both Aurora Suzuki and Ride West BMW.

Rei

REI has a bunch of hi-viz bicycle clothing that might work for her.

Saftey Supply down past the domes on 1st ave South or any Work n' More store will have viz vests... and at good prices, also earplugs, safety glasses, whatever!

That's where the state traffic folks shop.

This is the one. Seattle Cycle Center and Aurora Suzuki were out of them though. SCC says they have a bunch on order. AS says "we can order it if you'd like."
