Welcome to the club yamdog....
In Greece i think there is TDM very popular and you have much of these on streets.
I would like to wisit Greece this or next year with TDM. Maybe we meet

These are the almost new side cases of kappa named k road and are 33 liters in volume! I d be glad to meet your friend and introduce him to tdmhellas club!We really enjoy a lot of trips and we surely have a lot of fun. We have a site here www.tdmhellas.gr but unfortunatelly everything except one location is written in greek! But if you need anything almost all the guys there(including me) will be happy to give any information in english!

A question mostly for series I (3VD) owners I suppose.
I am going to try to mount my new Renntec crash bars tonight

and I am considering the best way to bolt thru for the lower mount. Do you think I should use the maximum size (not sure, about .5") that fits thru there or should I go a bit smaller to allow shearing thereby transferring less force to the frame/engine?

I have only ever used 10w40 semi synth on both my mkI TDM850 with no problems.

The Ride Report Preview

G'day guys

The annual Dry Lake Speed Trials are held at Lake Gairdner in northern South Australia, but for the past two years have been washed out, so this year was going to be something special

............ little did I know the truth when I left home early Wednesday morning!

Reporting to you from my bed

........ and quoting my doctor "quite an impressive fracture of your fibular there my boy, your leg will be in plaster for at least 6 weeks"

Aussie Jase not much better off, still not knowing the extent his damage as of yesterday, after being carted out of the Gawler Ranges National Park late Wednesday, with his bike being left in the park.

finding two unbalanced legs when I removed my boots after riding over 8 hours & 600kms in the saddle to get home a day early

BUT! .................... An absolutely fabulous location for a major organised destination, with cold beer and freshly cooked food available at the lakeside canteen overlooking the track

Where can you get crash bars like this? I am looking at putting one on my 92' TDM
