 1978 Garelli Gran Sport LTD...1290 original miles, runs great and tops out at 36! first "Scoot" so to speak, and love it so far! yes, i do have the original seat, the ped just wasnt transported with it on as weather was dodgy!

Hey, KB1OJU, beautiful Garelli !! brings back memories of my first ride, a Peugot 103 back in '71 at home in Amsterdam NL...rode that little thing from one end of Holland to the other, took forever but at 15yo I never got tired of the adventure!!

yep! and btw, i do have the original tail rack. the guy i got it from just didnt install it on the bike. just figured ide mention it, because im sure someone will notice!

Not nearly worth it. BUT, here require no license etc. My motorized bicycle was only 1 gear ratio, no CVT nothing and 49 cc with 2.5 BHP. It was slow, couldn't even climb a hill really either. But the Honda fiddy motors with proper gearing can pull 50+ MPH.

Some blue sky today made riding the Vespa in the cold not so bad. Can't wait for warm weather. Riding all winter gets to be a bit much for me. Hell to get old...
