Yeah they're relatively common on the classic Vespa-styles, a lot of Stellas seem to have them. http://www.scooterworks.com/Sidecar_..._P3918C396.cfm only $1,899! One of many farkles I want to buy for my new Stella. Maybe someday...

I think the BV500 has the modern large motor and larger diameter tires but still has that Stella classic look. Optional panniers make it one hell of a ride.

Lucky you, I looked all day and couldn't find a fake whale on a trailer.

DID find some Wisconsin Rustic Roads though.

Seraph,

What did you use to take the badges off? I've been thinking about doing this. I have a bottle of goo-gone. Would that work?

.....or anybody else with a good idea.

When taking the stickers off let them warm up in the sun, or use a hair dryer.

Go to an autobody supply/detail store and get some 3m General Purpose Adhesive Remover 08984.

http://www.amazon.com/3M-General-Pur.../dp/B0009KKTLQ

Wont hurt paint or plastic and easily wipes clean any kind of sticker residue/grease.

Goo gone is less toxic, but less effective and usually takes some rubbing.

I got some floss behind the badges to pull them off, and then used WD40 to remove the adhesive. It was time-consuming and irritating - I think if I had let the adhesive soak in WD40 before pulling the badges off I might've been better off. But MotoSteve's advice is probably better.

Nice shots, Paul. I like the seat on the 300 better than the GT or the GTS 250. They're very photogenic!
