Just got back from a short break in Normandy on my Nexus. Stopped off to pay my respects while I was there.

Here's a shot of my de-restricted Honda Elite S. The one year that I had this scoot, I put over 4K miles on it. I thoroughly enjoyed the little 50, and I hated that I had to sell it in order to move onto bigger and better things. Here it is fitted with an extra long-range XR100 gas tank.

Strangely, this is one of the only pics I ever took of it, and it was taken with a cell phone.

We picked up a Honda Big Ruckus ourselves today! We bought it for the wife and I was skeptical, but I absolutely LOVED the 90 mile ride home. In 2 hrs, this went from "hers" to "ours".

The BR is replacing the '87 Honda CH150 we bought for her to start with. Here she is on her first solo ride after getting her license a couple weeks ago!

Thanks! My wife instantly asked about the passenger backrest on yours. Who makes that?

Well, we're going to keep it for a short time just to make sure she's 100% sold on the BR. But after that, all of my time is split on the ST and KLR, and she'll prob be more than tickled with the BR, so the CH150 will go to fund something else.

(Let me know if anyone is interested...) :)
