Those are made about 30 km from where I live. I have ridden the 50 cc version, top speed 50 kmh. It was ok, but didn't really move me. It was like riding an electric bicycle.
I believe there is a 125 cc one made, but I am not sure.

I think there's already a taiwanese or chinese copy available. They're pretty quick to spot the trendsetters.
I like this thing:  CPI GTR 50. Also comes in a 4T 150 version. From what I understand, they had to go to Triumph engineers to get the exhaust can made since they kept melting their prototypes. The 50 will do 60mph out of the box, derestricted.
