Running em on my honda 450x now for a few races .. work great.. cant beat the price and if you bend a stocky it will cost 50-75 to fix and its still stock and weak.. they are thicker a little more volume and have a flat plate as opposed to the pressed thin guage siding making it hard to bend.. I am actually checking over the blueprints for the company to ensure they spot on.. one of mine actually were off a little bit possibly the fins were set in a little off or there was a slight twist from all the welding on these with all the mounts etc.. Still they come with a cap and ASI has a rep somewhere in Florida and also make car rad's and intercoolers. Their name is actually Auto sourcing international and sell in AU too. I would buy em even if they didnt support me.

Laramie I am going to need your jetting for fcr 39 I think..finally tired of the BST dont go up and down now living in the high country.. and have been riding with em on the yz250f and the 450x so im comfortable with em now especially with an adjustable leak jet and mods on the spring and diaphram.. so now to find a used one!

Nice looking set of carbon fiber parts wrk . What's your initial impression of the skid plate . Been looking for something to replace the stock plate on my 640a.

Held up, but I don't go rock hopping or stump jumping. Some big sounding rock hits over the years, but the worst was probably trying to put the bike up on my work stank w/out removing it (heard a crack... )

Never understood the race reasoning on a bike with this much HP; you've found it really matters? Like with the aluminum sprockets - worth the longevity hit? :ear

Awesome! I'm really liking the orange frame and white tank. I love the way bikes look with bright colored frames. I've been debating on painting my frame red lately, and after those pics I'm even more tempted.

Are you still going to be racing the Australasian safari this year? Or was that next year?

My budget didnt allow me to race the Australasian Safari but have switched gears and will race the Norra Mexican 1000 in May. I have pretty much finished my second incarnation of my rally bike .. A red frame which the ktm had yrs ago was one of my ideas you should go for it!

New rally cam.. nice and tight bike.. rode 100 mi sunday and it worked great.. especially loving the Trail trick revalve and the Renazco seat.. both of those make riding the KTM an awesome experience.

busy summer working and had a 450x to ride.. so he is a test fit photo of the newest rebuild,

the front fender will be probably black or a high fender.. it was done for a canceled trip to the australian safari and just got thrown on.. This rebuild included a high power stator and re shimming of the rocker shafts.. as well as the normal valve check.. it has been about 10,000 miles since a new rally cam and new piston but they look great! Good to go for at least another year .. probably two !
