Nice forcast for Friday.
Yup rain in the morning, less in the afternoon. I was going to get up there tonight to go for a ride on Friday
I'll be there Friday early afternoon. The rest of the weekend looks perfect.
Hmmm 11c and rain, well that sorta sucks donkey balls.
Dave and I plan to leave the lodge at noon to head to your place - might change that plan if its pissing rain
Did you pick up the Goat yet?
I'm afraid this year we don't have the run of the place. It's only half booked by us. So no goat for you.
Only half booked?
What the fuck is wrong with us? Usually the place is overflowing......
Does this mean we have space for the "Coonskin Cap Hippie?
...and they will want us to be quiet after 2300
It's still a lot of people......but MANY simply aren't staying there. May nee dot kick in some for not filling it.
He called me a few days ago and said he is opening up the place for others to book which is totally understandable.
Looks like a shitty day to take the scenic route....
Sunny and 30 here at the Den
I'll be there soon!
how many guys does it take to fix a GasGas?
From a fellow Gasser....can't keep them down for long.
Ok there a story behind this? Was Keener riding your bike? Maybe Adam?

Agreed Craig, thats looks like a Keener episode, maybe if it was stuck and drowned!
We got that bike both stuck and nearly drowned more than once yesterday.
The motor grenaded on Hwy 60 about half a click from the Den.
It was fun!
For the last one........
Not looking good ladies.
Big end of the ConRod is locked to the crank. Gotta pull the bottom end apart and split the cases tonight or tomorrow to know how far it's really gone. Cylinder actually looked pretty good all things considered.
Damn you call that good!?
Yes I am responsible for the second drowning episode.
But he deserved it. He was trying to keep up with me on a few consecutive water crossings and made me swallow a few pints of murky water. I aimed for the air box and sent a few well calculated large slashes right at it as I was passing him.
Although he did try to kill me by riding over my ankle passed the finish line, the Gas Gas days were numbered.
