I commute 60 miles per day March-Dec if there are not storms in the forcast. 42mpg and fun beats 20 mpg.

I use mine for commuting. It is a 45 mile round trip for me. Sometimes it's superslab, but other days I take the county roads. The fact that it can carry so much is a plus and I agree about the high seating position being an advantage.

    Great commuter.
You can never go wrong by adding lights.
But I will never again purchase TKC 80's tires and leave them on. Went through the front tire in 4500 miles. Previous front tire lasted 19,000 miles (Cont Trail attack).

I got myGSA 3 months ago. I travel 100 miles each way passing the “Orange Crush” in heavy traffic; into the “Belly of the Beast” as it were.

It feels great, way better than a car. I ride every day in any weather and love it. It does seem that cars notice the bike well; could be the day glo green jacket, fog lights and/or physical size of the bike. I only notice the size of the bike at or near stopping on the freeway, something I do not like to do.

I get an honest 40 MPG and 3 full days of commuting between fill ups. The GSA works for me as my first street bike, the ride is easy comfortable and the bike has plenty of smooth power on tap.

Consider me a full fledged fan.

I commute on mine. Its a great commuter. Unless you have panniers you can lane split, high seating gives great visibility, flat power curve minimises gear changes. Its a good all around bike. Probably one of the best all arounders on the market. Not one of the best at anything but capable of doing about everything.

Did a 210km/day commute on my GSA. Comfort long service interval, ride hight for good viability . Was able to Abe split and filter at will.
The bike just ate up the kiometers.
