Managed to find time to go find some green lanes whilst the weather is actually in double figures (celcius, and only just). The mud was a little slippy, but not too bad.

I smashed off my windscreen on the last too (end of season) fall rides... something to do with the leaves and muddy conditions. Your ride looks like fun.

The stupid weather man is saying we're suppose to get white stuff tomorrow.:dirtdog

Haha!! I know how you feel!! Nothing but foot taping going on here too. My last week off it was 42high during the day. Just wasnt ready to stop riding yet. Guess I got the bike too late in the year...yeah thats it...well I hope not. We usually have mild winters here along Puget Sound so I hope we arent done. I dont mind a bit of cold. Bummer about your windscreen....time to have Rick Danger build you a custom one =)

I've never seen anyone put a crampbuster on the left grip. What, exactly is the reason for that?

...check youtube for Russian car crashes. I'm sure that's some sort of secret tool to help the bike avoid crashes in Russian traffic. :lol3

after 3k kilometers my hands refused to work. and left and right. On long trips, the left hand has a large support on the steering wheel. in general it helps me a little.

I see from your pictures that you have got a Scott steering damper and bar risers. Did you have these problems before you raised the handlebar? Unless this is a problem that you get on any bike, I would try to adjust the handlebar to make the positions and angles as comfortable as possible when seated.
I am 6'3" and have a 2" Rox riser to be able to stand comfortably. The drawback (I think) is that my arms may be a bit high when seated even though I have got a high version of Touratechs Comfort Seat.
In addition, the angles of the stock handlebar don't align with my arms and hands (since my shoulders are wider than average I guess). This makes my hands rest on the area behind the little finger, creating pressure there. I would like to get a straighter bar.

Yes. problems were with the already installed damper. but using lazy, hands hurt less.

Are you sure your front wheel is true. I experienced hand and wrist-numbing vibration at high speed until I got the wheel perfectly straight. It was just within KTM factory spec before but that is obviously not good enough.

I don’t think that the matter is weel, because I was driving for 3000km with 230-250km/h. The problem is, that the motor starts vibrating at this speed (240km/h) In any case, thank you for your advice! I love KTM)
