    Hi all,

I have recently had my suspension and rear shock serviced, together with tire change.(Conti Road Attack2)

Now all adjustments are set to standard.

However the front tire start to vibrate side to side over speeds of 80 Mph(135kph).

Any ideas about which adjustments to go first for the front to settle down are more than welcome

Note: The tires were balanced properly before put on. Plus the tire pressures are 34-38 (f7R)

    Thank you ,

    Hi,
you have changed many things at once, try to change the tire first!

I've experienced these tires wobble on 1190 from factory, no balancing helps

Contis...check and see where the tire was made. If it's from Korea, check for an out of round tire. I've had three of those.

I'd max out front preload if you're on stock springs.

    It is made in Germany.

I will try changing the preload.

There is also the idea of rising the fork stanchions 10mm , however I am not sure on doing that.

Before the Road Attacks I had Pilot Road 1 on the front and there was no wobble.

So I think it is whether a faulty tire or a suspension set up issue.

Well, that makes it sound like your tire. I don't know about the profile of the contis in that size, but I have thought that other contis had too much of a v shaped profile for my taste, and I prefer michelins, I'm using the pilot road 3 19" as my front tire, it works great.
