1977 Yamaha XT500/ FOR SALE

    bark busters
    Renthal handlebars
    rear rack
    uni filter
    front and rear brake shoes(1000 miles ago)
    new fork seals
    hagon shocks(not pictured/but will be on the bike when sold)
    aluminum tank(cinnamon brown original tank can be included if you want)
    tires are great, have about 1200 miles on the front and 500 miles on the rear
    stock exhaust
    stock carb(re-jetted for UNI filter)
    one fork gator has a 1/2" spit in it.
    42 tooth rear sprocket
    new chain
    exhaust rocker oil line
    tools in tool kit.
    seat has a small hole in it(just noticed/ about the size of a dime)
    moose racing one way gas tank vapor vent
    title in hand-in my name
    current registration-in my name

    this is a first kick bike.
    yes it is dirty, its a dual sport and i have taken it off road, no i won't wash it. yes, it has some surface rust here and there.

    this bike has never let me down.
    i will ride it from LA to NYC tomorrow. thats how much i trust it.
    I've own this bike for 3 years.
    I'm selling it because i bought a YZ250(no, the Yz250 is not for sale)

    if sold locally, i will throw in a oil change, valve adjust, drive chain adjust in 3 months.
    and a going over anything you're concerned about.

    this bike is a tank.

    looking for a good home.
