^^ Funny chit there ^^^
I just added this to the collection of things that make blue smoke:
Bone stock and with 1700 miles on the clock.
Bought a WR500 yesterday. only 700$ and it runs!
Nice WR500 whish I could find a deal like that.
Well as long as we're posting tiny Yamahas......50cc's of street legal stinkiness. Put in a smaller front sprocket so I can actually use all the gears......... I'm in 6th gear by the time I've made it through the intersection.
That chase video is sick.
Very nicely restored, great job. I doubt if i can ever do such a job, considering the time, money , effort and lot more it takes
May be some day..
I used to want one of those in my early teens. What's your cruising/WOT speeds like?
What do you mean 'used to'?! This isn't your dream bike??
65km/h or 40mph is all i'd want to cruise at on this. It'll hit 50-55 if I need to. With the smaller front sprocket I can actually get the revs up and use all the gears.
Not saying I wouldn't take one if the price was right.
Whoa.... Everything I've found says the DT50 is heavier than my KE100.
Ooh, I'm digging this thread and it's bikes; especially the WRs, which I have a soft spot for....
I love my YZWR, it just keeps getting more and more awesome with each ride!
Puch Cobra 80 it looks like an original Katana 1000 made sweet love to a Yamaha PW80.
Yamaha G7s I bought for the wife to learn on 'till she feels comfy on the V50 Monza.
What a cool little bike!
Agreed! I would love to have one of those.
It needs to have a monster expansion chamber pipe on it.
Is that how it came from the factory or is it a custom? Beautiful machine!
It was intended for production, but Puch went belly-up around that time and only a couple of prototypes were made.
Took the wee little 73 cs3 out for a nice little drive
I like the yamaha 200s they punch over their weight, brilliant fun and guaranteed when you get off it after a thrash and feel just like the world stoped spinning.
I always liked the styling and coulur scheme on the YDS7s they just loked so right for the bike and the time. The redish orange coloured 350 R5F less so attractive in my opinion.
