Purchased my 30th Anny last October from Adventure BMW in Chesapeake, VA. Number 5760, and have been loving it since Day 1! :clap

Took it to the Mines and Meadows Rally in Wampum, PA....

Also there, I purchased some excellent AltRider gear!

Last month, I went to the Allegheny Mountains here in Virginia with some buddies

    and we crossed some streams...

    And another one...

    Ahhhh, a short break

And then, we pressed on into West Virginia, where I tested the Altrider headlamp guard when I hit a sloppy spot and the bike ran into the mountain (better than going to the right and off of the mountain! Ah, I love field repairs with zip-ties!!!

All in all, an incredible bike and a ton of fun!!! It can take you anywhere...

And most importantly, it will get you home, or back to the camp site to tell stories with friends and relax while quaffing a cold one! Prost!!! :freaky

My latest (and greatest?) video with the Drift 170HD POV camera and my 2010 1200GSA 30th anniversary. Still just using WLMM free software but I am getting better at splicing up different takes and coordinating with music. :evil Whatcha all think?

Pics, or you're making it up. I'm (almost) 5'8", and I can't even pick a GSA up off the sidestand. If it's vertical, I'm dangling on both sides.

    Good morning everyone!

Long-time lurker and.. finally my first post.

I'm located in Toronto, Canada and have here Caroline, #5449 - I'm the 2nd owner since August 2011.

Bare bones - no ABS/ESP/etc.. did some minor mods [guards, bags, tire, accessories] for the past 5 months and no signs of stopping..

    -----

Enjoying every inch - about 6k since I got her - I didn't stop riding in the winter - I was just away for a couple of months :happay

    -----

Picture attached.. I have a few more somewhere around - more to come!

    Cheers,
    Bogdan

I assume you mean ESA and not ESP! LOL If the motherland is now making their bikes with Extra Sensory Perception I fear another run at world domination can't be far off. :rofl

    CONGRATS on the bike!!!

    Hi there Denial!

    :clap

    Actually - ahem [minor correction] ahem - I think Caroline does have ESP.. and I'm saying this only based on some recent events and her reaction.. world domination has probably begun by testing the liquid-cooled boxer, of course. (-;

And.. indeed - no ESA - which gives me quite some interesting options on shocks.. still TBD

    Cheers,
    Bogdan

    P.S. Good catch.. ;-)
