I'm in. I live in TX, but keep my bike in Westcliffe. PM sent.
Looks like a FANTASTICK ride Bigjohn!!!!..........pm sent
Thanks for all your work on this!!!
We have arrived at 14 Riders for the CAM1000. We have riders from Texas to New Hampshire to California & Nebraska/Kansas....as well as a handful from Colorado.
We feel that a good number is 20-25 riders, so there is still room.
If you are interested, please complete the registration process.
Looks like a great ride! I'm in, pm sent.
And Nevada.... it's in the mail. Thanks again Big John
Gotta hand it to the boys and girls at Yukon Trophy in Oklahoma.....they continue to build really nice event stickers for us.
Here is the one, everyone will get that joins us on the appreciation ride.
Ha....!!!!! Yeah, the colors above aren't the real deal. This one is more like it.
(By the way, I did notice the typo.....www.rmarider.com..... will be: www.rmariders.com (fixed and added the 's')
Sent money by PayPal, mailing both forms later today. I'll be driving from Alabama on the 29th stopping halfway and continuing to Colorado Springs on the 30th. I'm coming early to tweak jetting and acclimate a bit to the elevation, I live at 200ft. If someone in between wants to truck-pool etc. let me know.
Sent my registration and money
Just sent you a PM me and two of my adventure comrades are interested in riding too. Please send over the details.
Hey Big John,
Registration and check are in the mail .... Looking forward to the adventure!
Thanks to you and your volunteers for all the energy that's been put into this !!
Excellent....great to hear that more of you are interested.
Two weeks.....thats all the time left to register.
With a very successful RMAR Rendezvous under our belt, it is now time to focus on the CAM.
as mentioned in earlier posts, the CAM2000 has been cancelled due to lack of interest. On the other hand we are tracking for 20-25 riders for the CAM1000.
If you are interested, I need your email address. All the details are being communicated via email.
We are only keeping registration open for a week or two longer and then will close the ride for any additional participants.
Join if you can.
Found out about this just a little late. Guess I'll have to plan for next year. Looks like you guys are going to have a great time.
Tested the new gearing on my KLR, went 14 / 45. the rejetting was perfect up to 13k feet yesterday. found out I need waterproof gloves in a severe thunderstorm on my test ride. Was raining, hailing and lightning at Hermit lake
Gortex is expensive but worth its weight in gold on a cold, wet day.
Gortex gloves simply ROCK!!!!!
Glad you tested your gearing and are ready to go.
I will be bringing my cold weather sleeping bag to colorado this weekend and going to decide how I want everything placed on the bike. Ordered new waterproof gloves as well. I am ready and waiting.
I will need to pass on this ride. Seems like work will be getting in the way. It to bad because I bought a new 2012 DRZ for the trip, have it set up, and rode it about 1500 miles already. I also just ran a marathon, hence I was ready to go!!
Mike in RI
Sorry to hear, Mike. I will be corresponding with you via email.
By the way everyone.....this ride is closed.
If you are seriously interested.....join us in 2013.
Do you have a time and address for us to meet yet to leave?
