A bit off topic, but with 5 days to kill...
When my son was 4 or 5 years old I took him to a car race where he collected all the sponsor cards and stickers that were offered. Upon our return home, he arranged all said cards and stickers on the kitchen table for his mother to admire. After Mom had dutifully fawned over his grand haul of swag, he shoved his hand into his little pocket and produced a fistfull of business card size sponsor cards. They were free admission passes to the strip joint that sponsored one of the cars :D As one might imagine I was properly berated for taking my eyes off the little guy for long enough to admire the display the sponsor had set up.:rofl

Whew! At the pace of the Pre-Event thread already, and the other supporting threads, this will be a tough F5 race field. I'll be at a disadvantage with a full-time job but will hope to catch up a bit in the eves. Even with my wife knowing I'll be "not there" for 2 weeks I will no doubt be left for a backmarker by the F5aliens this year. :freaky

Heh. I guess this was after his "Boy I'm drunk" tweet and deleted since? Shouldn't be tweeting under the influence. :lol3

    Good luck, Chavo!

I wonder what number Kurt will start with, 2 is the only lowish number open.

I say 29. No way the ASO assigns #2 to a rookie, would they?

Last minute stretching of the F5ingers, I imagine. It's going to be a war out there.

Ha ha, I suspect that means you know he is # 29 :lol3:lol3

Anyhow, Coma is now off the list, but with Faggotter at 123 and Ben Grabham 57 there will be plenty of pressure coming from behind!
Rod at 123 could be a worry though as both he and Ben are top 10 quick!

Mind you with SS1 only being 13 km it's going to be stupid out there if positions are decided on this - F**k; seconds could put you 30 places down on the start of SS2!:eek1:puke1

Of course the higher numbers will have less congestion up front (if any at all over the 13k) and a serious advantage over the slower riders, but they will all be full on for the 13k :clap:clap:clap

I am sorry but it seems I have already missed something.
Is the bikers running reverse order for first special?

It may be a TV deal, so they can show last 20 starters in bikes and first 20 starters in Cars!!
