And finally...the worst seat covering ever!
The silver engine looks much nicer than the blacked out version.
I like blacked out better they look good when dirty. Silver looks good in the showroom, black looks better everywhere else
Close but exactly the opposite..Black never looks good, that's why it doesn't look worse when dirty.
Silver all the way
I looked at this bike at the NY motorcycle show. The bike was gorgeous in person. There are a few elements (notably the passenger footpeg mounts) that don't quite work, but are fixable. I'm 5'11" and the ergos felt just right. The bike felt very light (obviously it was without fluids and probably battery.) I'd like to see it with some (retro?) luggage.
It was getting a lot of attention but I still think it's going to be a hard sell at the price point.
I was wondering what a small fairing would look like!!!!
I need something to take the wind off my chest for highway commutes,I currently have a Maijer on my CB900F and although the looks of the naked are better the windblast is tiresome at 75-80mph traffic flow.
Keep the photo's coming!!
The local bike show had one of these at the Honda display. The white version. And it was sitting beside a 1980 750F Supersport. The vast amount of attention was towards the 1980 Honda.
If I had the money Honda Canada wants for this thing [$14,000], I'd go and buy a nice CB1100F Supersport, and take the remaining 7K and buy a few ounces of gold. In 5 yrs, I predict the 2013 Honda will be worth 6 grand, the 1100F will be worth $8500, and the gold will be worth 10K.
I was just thinking the same thing.
Does anyone know how to capture a cople of the photos over at whouse.jp/
I'm using Chrome and all I have to do is right click on the image. Available to me is: Save image as... copy url...etc.tp
Here ya go
So far I think these are the 2 hot set-ups!!!! The first photo you had with the lamineer lip type fairing was nice also.I would love to test something with a lip just to see if I could take a little more buffeting off the helmet
more pics from a website in Japan
GIVI makes a rear rack for the CB1100
I have two top cases that will fit that stored in my basement
Didnt work for me..think you could give it a try?
Here's whouse.jp and vintagebike 83 images...tp
Thank you sir!
Whitehouse gets very close to that 70's look for sure
The gold one is gorgeous. Check out the seat.
This I like. The lines Honda should've given it from the factory
^Those front fenders with braces somehow look more clunky than the original CB750's did - I prefer the unbraced chrome fender on the CB1100. (Besides, you don't have to pay extra for it).
