Saturday December 7th, I usually stop in at the Holgate Station for a bite to eat before heading to the event, but I saw the Fenders Moto Cafe and Brew Pub are having some Breakfast specials for the Toy Run, so I'll check that out., but if it's to crowded, I'll head to the Holgate Station.

It's look'n like it might be a cold one.

Cool, hope we can meet up with ya, I'm meeting up with some non ADVrider friends at Fenders http://fendersmotocafe.com/Events.html around 8:30-9am.

This is a new (and popular) place so if it is to crowded for my liking, I will head over to the Holgate Station http://beezholgatestation.net/our-location.html which is only a couple of blocks from the staging area.

It will be good to see ya again :thumb

You gunna bring her up this way for a visit?

Do you gotta be present to win the Raffle? I might show up at the event and contribute, but not sure I want to hang around too long and freeze. The website says the event is still on, but up to PPB to decide if they will allow the actual run to...err...run.

Just talked to a couple guys who drove through central I-5 area between Chehalis and Oly and said it was F---'n nuts with cars off the roads and wet roads slush around here and there. I can ride in some cold to head down there, but this sounds a bit risky for safe's sake.

Anyone think otherwise? Will it be clear roads but FRIGID?

Should be a beautiful, clear, dry, if cold day here.

What you would face coming from elsewhere, might be another matter.

Edit: I just checked Longview, and Eugene, and they both look dry, but colder.

    Issaquah looks downright balmy. :D

Although it's dry here, and no more chance of any moisture for a few days, I would check ALL of the road conditions between here and where your at, cause as cold as it is the wet roads and slush just may stay icy through the weekend.
We would love to have you down here.....................but only if you can do it safely :deal
