    Hey all,

Kellie and Wayne here, your hosts for the October rally. We are excited the Old School Rally is staying with us again. Book early to ensure you get a cabin. They are going fast, we have 2 cabins left. Of course we have plenty of tent space, and even have several tent 'kits' available for those who don't want to carry their own gear in, or who don't own a tent. We also have two 30 amp RV sites available (no dump or water). Be safe and see you all soon.

If I thought there was a chance in Hell of getting it running reliably in time, I'd love nothing more than to arrive on the 83 Honda XL250R I have waiting to revive (as opposed to restore). I got the Mitsubishi back on the road after a year of screwing around with it (broken cam belt on an interference engine), am soooo close to getting the new steel centerboard cleaned up after shaping it, painted, and back in the vintage sailboat, but I'm having trouble keeping the F 650 running due to ongoing carb problems so its next on the list.

Meanwhile, the ST just keeps going and going like the Energizer Bunny. Still need to spoon on those new Conti Classic Attacks and get them scrubbed in and see if they live up to the hype.

So the bookmaker's odds are that I'll be on a red 83 R80 ST. The astronomically high long shot odds are that I may be on a red 83 Honda 250. First time in my life I've owned two red bikes. First time for two of the same year.

Yeah, it should be a good un. It has sat for the last few years but at least my brother filled the tank and added stabil and rode it 20 miles before parking it. I rode it many years ago when it still had floorboards. The 1000 conversion pepped it up quite a bit. It took him buying a new Stelvio before he could be convinced to sell it to me.:clap:D Gonna do a few things while it's on the lift and ride it some this summer while I decide what to do with it. It's great to finally get another old Guzzi in the garage!

Hey all, we close out reservations online so no other groups can reserve cabins for that weekend. We still have 2 cabins available. So call today if you need a cabin.

Wayne has been the new owner for the last 2 years. He's asked 2 things: Ride safe and come back for another visit. :D

Does anyone know if there are trees suitable for hammocks? I might be able to make this and bring my old CT 90 if I get it running and the trailer tire fixed. I really like Tellico Plains.
