I see you're in the UK so it might be a little harder for you to call him but that's what I would try. I think he'll make it right for you but he seems a little overwhelmed by this last round of pressure suit/supplier issues and whatever personal issues he's dealing with. Many of us got exactly what we ordered. I don't think anyone was "conned" (implying fraud) but I'm not the one without the product or my money. 2 of the 3 of my friends and I got what we ordered and the one who didn't got his but it was mislabeled and has been sent back for exchange.
