This Sunday (3/23/14) is the annual Flying Fifteen Spring Opener:
Not familiar with that club. What kind of bikes do they ride (Sport, Cruiser, Cafe, Any)?
A little of everything. Probably more sport bikes than anything else, but a pretty good mix across the board. A few Harleys, several Triumphs, KTMs, Ducatis, lots of Japanese sport bikes, dirt bikes . . . a little of everything.
Usually 200 - 300 bikes at the Spring Opener. You might see a restored historic bike, followed by a patch club member, followed by a scooter. No shortage of ADV bikes usually in attendance.
Mort might have a gallery or two . . .
Great job with the calendar Scott.
Seeing everything listed together makes things easy. Already signed up/paid for:

Dan (MY ADV)
No problem Dan. You put on a great ride each year!
I noticed racing and trials events are listed too. Here is an enduro event that
may be of interest:
The Puget Sound Enduro Riders are hosting their Beginner Enduro this Saturday 5/3/14. Many of you already have a roll chart holder and an odometer on your bike, all you need to add is a watch.
From the Web Site:
On May 3rd (edited) The Puget Sound Enduro Riders Present a enduro school starting at 9:30am. This excellent instructional opportunity consist of an informal session. You will get with the expert instructors who will discuss the rules, course layout, timekeeping basics, setting your clock, riding "possibles", scoring, strategy, and much more! This is a great opportunity to get your feet wet with an fantastic enduro event in some of the best terrain in Washington State. After the school, the riders will get their bikes checked and the first rider out will be at Noon. The riding terrain is not for beginning riders - this a medium difficulty terrain on an approximate 30 mile course. It consist of slow speed averages and there will be sweep riders assisting riders experiencing difficulties.
On Sunday is the Ron Morgenthaler Memorial Shelton Valley Enduro
I am not a PSER member but I did catch the enduro bug at this event about 5 years ago.
The staging and camping location of the 2014 Puget Sound Beginner Enduro School, Beginner Enduro, and the Ron Morgenthaler Shelton Valley Enduro has changed. Be aware, the new location has moved to an abandoned runway on the Port of Shelton Property. The entrance is 9/10 of a mile north of the Fairgrounds, off Hwy 101. There will be signs! Spread the word - the fairgrounds will no longer be used for the 2014 PSER Enduro events.
