Kenny Coolbeth didn't burn the bridge with Harley and now he will be heading the Harley Wrecking crew in 2017 after 3 years with Zanotti. A three headed monster along with Johnson and Robinson with Harley engines being developed with Vance & Hines out of the Indy HD drag race team shop. Indian has a huge surprise in store for them.

I see you don't get out much.

Zanotti has been the Factory Satellite Team for 2 years now. Basically nothing changed with Coolbeth and Johnson. Vance and Hines has been doing all the work on the XG for the last 2 years and were the ones taking care of both Davis' and Brad's bike last year. How did that work out for them????? Both riders walked away from the "coveted" factory ride. That speaks loudest of all.

The Indian engine is light years ahead of either the XR or XG. When Ricky starts putting his touches on the bike, it will be a force to be reckoned with. BTW, Bryan already knows how to ride a V-Twin.

There is an awesome video on ft.com on fb of Carver racing his twin at DuQuoin. It was impressive and shows a twin can win and be fast on a short track.

I'd post it here if I could figure out how to do it with my phone.

BTW, The NEW 3 man Harley team will be based in Indy and be traveling around in a state of the art 18 wheeler. A huge upgrade.

Just trying to keep up with the Joneses. Lol.

Seeing how V&H is located in Nitro City on the east side of Brownsburg, having the team in the same area only makes sense. Besides, Ricky' s shop is in Brownsburg too ;)

Mr Lock was hinting that he got a lot of contingency $$ from the manufacturers, but it looks like Kawi stepped up their game even more. Good for the team's and riders alike !

I think you are in for a rude awakening . They are about to pay for 40+ years of complacency and rules manipulation. The Howerton Motorsports team already took down the mighty factory team. Mind you, there are only 5 members including Bryan and no real factory backing other than the poultry amount of $$ Kawi gave them. It was a true privateer effort. Now you have Ricky' s brilliance and a big bank roll to see it all through. And don't forget the 3 headed monster they have for riders.

Don't forget, Bryan won the twins championship the last two years there was such a thing. He did that on a Kawi too ;)

It sure is going to make for an interesting season! Am I wrong in detecting some HD hate here? As for deep pockets, Polaris is not as deep as HD. (but close)

Doesn't matter how deep their pockets are. All that matters is how much they want to spend on their FT racing budget.

HD has ramped up the spending big time. They won't sit idly by and let Indian kick butt.

Nope, not at all. If hardley was the only motorcycle there was to ride, I would quit riding.
