In the past 2 weeks I experienced engine cut out after coming off the highway. In one case it was while on the highway and slowing for traffic down to 3rd, when I went to throttle up, it just cut out. Hit the starter and she fired back up without issue. The other times was coasting in first, again a little throttle and out she went, and the third was from a stop sign. Any ideas would be appreciated ..its like someone keeps hitting my kill switch...??
Could be something as simple as a faulty side-stand switch, 2017 model is almost certainly still under warranty have the dealer check it out.
thanks for that Jetspeed, I am sure its covered under warranty whatever the failure is, and it will go to the dealer for the fault for sure, I was try to see if others more recently had experienced the failure so that I could understand it more and try to anticipate when it might happen more...
Understand, not sure where you live but in So Cal I wouldn't leave the driveway if my bike did that or I'd end up a hood ornament on a Prius.
