    Ok, here's my event report...
I had to leave Saturday late afternoon due to a family emergency. All is well on that note.
Had a great time hanging with some fine folks. Some I don't see nearly enough.

Laying in some supplies. The first case of Beer which evaporated Friday.

Santa lounging in the camp recliner on Saturday morning. Good to see you Glenn.

Tag3 soaking in some of that morning sun.

    Mongox around the morning fire.

Vance not looking quite so large showing how the lounge chair is supposed to be used. The lovely Sopacat and not so lovely Glenn looking on.

    The distinguished Walt
    [IMG]

Cathy and I walked up to the Trailhead and went up about 50 yards and called it a hike!

There was some water in Reyes Creek
    [IMG]

And a view from the road on the way up to the trailhead looking down on the campground.

I had a great time for the short time I had there. Would have liked to participate in the Tom Foolery that was Saturday night. Maybe next year.

BTW the weather was pretty damn nice during my short stay. Lovely during the day and 34 over night. I actually got to commiserate with the tent folks due to a Propane system failure. Had to boil the morning coffee water in the Microwave. I did not have any heat but I also didn't have to sleep on the ground (or stagger out in the middle of the night to pee) so there was some comfort advantages, just not the heat.

Vance and I camped next to the Bar. I had electricity which kept the refrigerator working and the beer cold, also providing hot water for clean-up.

Computerless made a cameo appearance for Lunch. Good to see him. Sorry to have missed Matt who arrived after I left and the few, who for various reasons, didn't make it.

Polar Ride 2018 is just around the corner... WAY around. See Y'all then!

    Edit: Fuck you Treadless

This picture raises many questions for me.

What is the difference between an "ADV" fuck and a regular fuck?
Does including your name on a fuck sign also include you with the person whom is being dissed?
At what point in ones maturity should others intervene and not allow the maturing one to possess a sharpie?
Who is that in the back ground?
    Do those hats smell?
    Do I deserve the love?

I think that is enough for now. :freaky

mmmm cookie is all I'll say about that. thanks :nod

Nice to meet a new guy. "Bikaholic51" he has one of those weird accents from Chicago. Cuz he's a weirdo from Chicago. :-)

Arrgghh and Bubba named him "Whisky." He's gonna change it.

Back in the barn. That was an easy, fun weekend. Pretty sure everyone had a good time. Hats off to Gerg for his portage of necssary libation, Vance for portage of fire and multiple campside ammenities and Sopascat for the lifeigiving brownies.

The rest of us didn’t do shit but enjoy.

I need to make a correction... I supplied the first case of beer, Sopascat brought the second, requested by emergency communication, to which I gave the money that Tag3 and dyvking graciously gave me to cover the first case... Thanks all for the efforts!
Hopefully there was no shortage of Alcohol!

Someone left a hydration pack on the party table so I grabbed it and have it at my house. If it is yours shoot me a message and I'll get it back to you.

Hey, all.. I’ve gotta say that this was a really fun time for me. I tend to hit the hay earlier than most, and thus miss out on a lot of the debauchery..er, I mean FUN.. but all in attendance were amazing and I am blessed to know all of you. Everyone contributed in their own way, the new owners were more than accomodating, the camp host left us alone, weather was cooperative. All was finest kind. Those of you who wanted to come but were unable were missed. We TALKED about you a lot, but you WERE missed. Anyway.. next year is just around the corner.

Bummed I can’t make it easily to this. The kids AE keeping us extra busy these days and living 2 states away make it rough. Lots of fun memories from this ride.
