PEEPS....keep in mind that the nearest Emergency Medical Facility is at least 100 miles away.

For gods sakes this is an internet motorcycle forum - you'll not get even half these recalcitrants to sign in for that BS - that's why they ride motorcycles in the first place.
Put it with your sign up and payment or ride sign-ups or forget it.
What happened to the ride sign up and disclaimers? It was all setup by @Rob.G :dunno
    Cheese and rice... :freaky

chris. this is how we planned it. if they don't want to be included, it's up to them.

the emergency info won't be in the sign up or registration. if i have their info, it makes me feel obliged to take care of them. it's nice for dave to step up and help; and i won't argue with that.

I kinda think I got it. TC-3D x2 - So say for #9 and three dinners in tent cabin for two (w/two cots cause Jim / smithriver 101 is cute but not that cute, well maybe - it is lonely in the desert) - both people pay 175.00 each (effectively the 110 each ride/camp (220) + 65 each (130 total ) for the three nights = 350.00 - Right?

The only reason I clarify is I'm the sugar daddy :lol3

All joking aside the SAR process is not the provision of emergency services (EMT's Etc) , we do not have that kind of support.
This is to serve in the adjunct role of making certain those resources can be managed and executed quickly while at the same time getting them in touch with the necessary parties in the event life or death decisions have to be made on the behalf of the injured.

For example if you have a DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) order but your contacts are not known so they bring you back and you are now a quadriplegic due to injury.

This is why the form is important to have filled in for a worse case scenario.
