Nice to see that they have placed some sleeves in places to allow for movement.

Any pics of how they merged the back cylinder? Are the header lengths the same?

Cool - it looks like mine!

Will it cost less than about 200 hours of work with a file, grinder and torches?:norton

It would be impossible to have equal length and keep them out of sight. The reason the low end is improved is because of the unequal length. On rally cars it is common to have unequal primary pipes on the headers to spread torque across the rev range. It does this by having a different tune rpm for different cylinders. On the Super Duke they have a more equal length (remember it's a 75% twin) by running under the motor and this contributes largely to its increase in HP further up the range.

They were watching your videos earlier this year. Do you think the AW skidplate would fit around this pipe?

Unfortunately, that set-up will definitely not work with our skid plate.

Sure it will! You just need to spend about 10 hours modifying it with cut-outs and re-fitting some crazy shaped aluminum pieces back into it...then spend another 3 or 4 hours grinding welds and then anothe few hours going back and forth to the powder coater...

Anything is possible....just not always lickidy-split.

    hi flanny

your video was amazing!!!:clap :clap :clap music... you... ALL!!!:freaky

the base for this is the dakar exaust...

this is the rear... is like the dakar exaust... on the final version there will be the holes for lambda sensors...for 990...

before this i fitted a couples of akras... and other GPR classic exaust... this 2in1 have much larger tubes than the series one...

at now i've the carburators settings for arkras so i need to set better for 2in1 but the bike at now seems to go so sweet on low rpm... i've not tested on high... here is freezing!!!

on lc8.org we are looking for a producer for a RALLY CARBON PLATE... like the dakar one.

Looks to me me like all you'd need to do to the skid plate would be to cut a chunk out of the right hand side plastic part. The bike in the photos still has the main metal part of the skid plate fitted. As long as you had something at the front to protect the solenoid I think it'd be ok.

Very nice looking exhaust. If these go on sale I might almost be tempted. What's the volume like compared to stock? I'm one of those weird riders who prefers a quiet system :)

yes... the side panel is cheaper so no problem to cut.

the noise is to improve... at now is "richer" than akra... is different.. big...but not noisy...

GPR will work on dbkiller to set the sound...

Finaly, something good from Europe! :)
I'm really interrested in the pricing of this one. This would allow for lots of extra travel space and possibly fuel!

Think i would just want headers and then have the pipe under the boxes, like the old 620 adventure had. It could be narrow then.
