Feel free to come by anyhow. You can help, watch, or just eat and shoot the breeze!
have to change my status to may be attending. The bike I want to bring is still spewing oil so I can't ride it. Maybe I'll just ride the KLR and toy with the exhaust again.
I just got past the blood blister from the last time we did that!
BTW I have more material left for packing your exhaust if you want it.
The weather looks great, just like the last time! I'm going to bring homemade pastries for the breakfast. Jim, do you think I'll be able to get one tire changed?
Well, now that you mention it, I do need to work on the exhaust of the KLR. Hopefully the part comes in tomorrow.
OK, put me back on the ATTENDING list.
A good activity before heading to work
Not a problem, we have two tire changers ready to use!
I've got some drinks ready too!
Plus two more cases of water!
No more water!!!!! :) Just rode through some of the heaviest rain I have seen in a long time. I'm in Springfield trying to dry out. See everyone tomorrow.
Freak storm. Fortunately it will be all clear over night and tomorrow. I am all set!
Here are the gifts from Beemer Boneyard!
Jim, you are very generous offering these tech days and you have a great weekend for it! BBY is also quite generous donating tools for the event! My hats off to you two.
Unfortunately I'll be working this weekend or I'd be there.
There's a Triumph dealer in Manassas????
Yes, they had a Grand Opening two weeks ago!
But then I guess I like it better when my bike does not need work.
It was fun hanging out and chatting while learning stuff.
YEs, thanks for the opportunity to work on my bike and steal some lunch!
Thanks to Jim, his wife, and all those who helped to feed us both morning snacks and lunch. It was great learning how to adjust rocker end play and getting the ABS system bled. Also thanks to Beemer Boneyard for the generous gifts that were raffled off. Awesome tech day!
Great day with great people. Thanks again for everything Jim!

Kudos and many thanks to Jim and everyone who contributed to the tech day. I enjoyed meeting folks and watching the wrenching. Maybe someday I'll get up the courage to try it myself. (To that end, I'm looking forward to watching the JVB videos...)
It was great meeting everyone today and thanks for the great hospitality Jim. I really appreciate all the help you and Kermit gave me today. Thank you.
