Military discount included?
Still not likely. Although, if the wife gets the new job she is applying for, and it starts before July, then things will be different.
Does one have to be active duty, or do veterans count?
I have to pay more attention to this next year. Looks like a great day.
Does anyone have either the coordinates or the road name for the first water crossing on Sherman's Creek in Perry County? A landowner had blocked access to a private road. This is not the ford next to the Turkey Tail (Enslow's) covered bridge on Adams Grove Road.
N40 30.110 W77 27.134
that should be it.
Hey Sky, that one you listed was the first crossing where Dennis fell.....(Sorry for the reminder Dennis). The one that Fred wants is on Jeffries road in Blain, Pa. Here ya go Fred: 40.306885, -77.543328
Oops, I kind of keyed in on the "first water crossing" part and neglected the other details.
Thanks! I was looking for it yesterday on the way back to Carlisle after tagging the Pa-TOR. I had this strong need to get wet.
No wonder I was unable to find it. It's not Sherman's Creek, but Shultz Creek, a tributary.
Can we get another ride together soon? I'm just healing up from a broken wrist and I'm getting back into the swing of things. This was a great ride and not so difficult that I'd be nervous about hurting myself.
The 2011 ride was amazing. The 2012 I missed but the video shows it was a great day.
As far as terrain, any chance Frank the 2013 ride can still have an off road slant? I sold the Ducati and bought the XChallenge JUST so I could make your next event!
Be careful what you wish for.
I knew you would come around
Hey Tony!!! I have to check out that TE.
Dewey went over the X front to back and she is ready to go!!!
When is the next one!!!???
From what Frank told me either the 2nd or 3rd Saturday in April.
Cool well let's get a new thread started!
So like the title of this post states. We ARE planning yet another Spring Ride this year, and it will take place on Saturday, April 13th. It is however still a work in progress, so at this point I can't give you any more firm information than that. I will however, soon start a new thread for the ride, and I will let you all know here, when it is posted. Thanks for your continued support.
Is there going to be some Road of Bones type water crossings?? It was too hard last year.
I have a brand new rear TKC-80 ready to go on. Is it riding season yet?
does riding season ever stop
