Leaving June 23rd, GS1200, planning on hitting NVBDR Sec. 4 from Tonopah to Austin. Camping somewhere near Belmont. Then it's on to Utah to visit a nephew in Salt Lake. My original plan was to do the UTBDR section from Wellington to Currant Creek. Just needed some intel on that section as far as heat and sand depth. I've ridden tons of rocky steep fire roads here in the Sierra's on the GS but haven't really done much in sand. My alternate plan was to head to the Uinta-Wasatch range and try to go west to east then drop down into Colorado from that direction. Thanks everyone!
