Any ideas where a fairing like this can be purchased? It kinda looks like a Seely from the old Honda750 days. I have seen another couple of bikes like this on ADV but black and silver in color. Thanks.

    Nice SuperF

I hope to convert my 750 to similar look over the next year. I bought her new in 1982. I already picked up the CBR wheels and forks. now just need time to work on her

    very cool. what is it?[/QUOTE]

Its one of these modern day Honda CB750s (not sure if avail in the US) dolled up to look like a mid 70's RCB1000 racer:

For LimeyMike: You can probably get the fairings through Whitehouse, the outfit that makes the RCB replica. I tried to find it for sale on the WH website, no joy. Don't expect a bargain, the WH "Goose Replica" fairing is 250000 yen, so about 3025USD. This one is probably ab out the same.

    more of that vf1000r.

HEY HONDA! STYLE THAT 1200 ON THESE LINES AND YOU WOULD HAVE A WINNER. THAT MEANS THAT PEOPLE WOULD LIKE IT AND BUY IT INSTEAD OF NOT BUYING IT, JUST FYI.

Now I know the new 1200 is a fine machine and that people who own them love them. But it's not quite as sexy as this thing.

I like mine just the way it is, too.

After all these years, it's still a plenty capable as a sportbike. More capable than I am, anyways, so there's not much point in modernizing it.

    Thanks KK!! Great Info

$29,290 for the bike, built to order, starts with a new 2011 Honda as a base. But the base motorcycle is not sold in the US so I'm not sure how difficult it would be to import the finished bike. I don't have the $29K+ anyway.
