Soooo will you be keeping the sweet little Zuma?
Please say yes, please say yes, please say yes.
Not sure about the future of the Zuma just yet.
Left Greenville on Friday and headed to the Tennessee mountains to pick up my new Versys. Didn't arrive until about 10:30 on Friday night.:eek1
Phil was an extremely gracious seller and host.
The Versys was extremely clean and looks brand new,
Got strapped in and headed a few miles down the road to a hotel.
Got up Saturday morning and got my 1st look at the Versys in the sunlight.
You'll like the Versys. I had a 2008. Sweet bike!
sweet bike hope we still see plenty of the zuma! youre keeping it arent you?
from someone who knows.
I used my Zuma as a trade-in for my lovely new KLR, and it was one of the dumbest things I've ever done. I miss it CONSTANTLY! Don't let go of your Zuma. If you do, your family will eventually find you curled up in a little ball out in the garage, whimpering and crying, in what used to be the Zuma's parking space (not that I would have personal experience of that mind you )
Keep the Zuma! Keep the Faith! You won't regret it.
Edit: P.S. that Versys looks
I didn't realize that you sold your Zuma. I remember your posts about your Zuma. So you think that I should keep it?
It has been raining most of the weekend so I have not gotten the Zuma out.
Just not sure what I am going to do yet.
Here are a couple of pics I took yesterday.
9 out of 10 dogs prefere to ride on Zuma scooters. My dog has ridden on my Zuma most of it's 1200 miles.
That is awesome. We have a Cocker Spaniel pup. I wonder if he would ride?
He should, most dogs like to ride, mine likes riding on the golf cart and snowmobile too.....
I'm not sure this dog would agree. :huh

Yea, that dog does not look all that happy.:eek1
Keep the Zuma. I just bought a new 2012 model, and got rid of a crotch rocket at the same time. I am 53 with some medical issues, and am giving up on large tall motorcycles. I have had a number of 650 dual sports, now I can't even get on one. My current dual sport is a Yamaha XT225. I have a 1500 Goldwing, which I am looking to replace with a large scooter. I still have my Vulcan 750 cruiser, and will keep it forever. It's heavy for a 750, but with a very low seat, and a low COG. I can flat foot it easily. I have crossed the country on it many times.
I now have a Zuma 125, a Vino 125, and a Stella 150cc 2 stroke. I intend to wear the 2 Yamahas out, the Stella can be rebuilt forever.
I have had the Versys for 2 weeks now. The Zuma has only been ridden for about 1 mile.
That is not really a bad sign for the Zuma. It really just means that I need to clean and organize the garage.:eek1
In the garage's current state of disorder, I can only get one bike out easily and the Versys is closer to the exit right now. If I get it cleaned up, I will be able to get them both out quickly and then the mileage will even out more.
Please,,,,,,,,,,I want first dibs,if you ever decide to sell the little Zuma.
Snapped a pic this morning of all the toys!
One of us.
If you have to sell anything, sell the Jeep!
