Wow, my thread has been visited by a Celebrity!!!
The Versys now has bags. I need to get some pics.
No, one of THEM. Both of you will be assimilated.
(Shhh I couldn't find a Versys cheap enough when I bought my Strom...)
What'd you do for bags?
I have a Givi S30 (?) topcase and E21 side cases. I had to mod it a bit to fit.
Here is my write up on my mods.
You are a sick sick man.You got it bad and need help.I will refer you to my guy,Mr.Backroads.
You should have come to dinner last night. We had a real good turnout!
I wanted to so bad.It was rainy here and my carb split the pickup tube.I think a back fire caused it.Not sure really.I got the back up carbs on and tuned in today. Now it's family weekend time.
I have got to get this thing out of the garage and put some miles on it.
My last few stops at MC dealers I sat on a Versys. I want one
So far I am really enjoying it. I have to get rid of the forward slope of the seat though.:eek1
Hmm. I finally get a Zuma 125 and everybody else gets rid of theirs. I plan on putting a few thousand miles on mine this winter.
I tried a Versys, nice bike, but I refuse to give up my Vulcan 750 for one. It is by far the most comfortable long distance bike I've ever owned. 74,000 miles in 10 years, including two SS1000s. And none of that was commuting.
I ain't selling my Zuma..
I have no idea what I am going to do with my Zuma.
I am planning on riding it to work tomorrow though.
OOO OOO OOO,I would like first dibs.My new venture should be providing some income by the first of the year.
I did the trick of putting some washers under the screws for the seat bracket in the front. You can replace them with longer screws to get even more elevation but might want to put some foam or something to hold the battery. I ended up sending my seat to Terry Adcox to have him resculpt it and that also helped.
I was out in the garage earlier playing with my toys.
(Samsung Galaxy S3 and the motorcycles)
Took off this morning on the Zuma to go grab a tag.
My goal was this old bridge.
