    Hello

Does anyone know if the Baja special (prats bin) edition seat is specific to that model only?

Had a chance to check one out over the weekend and the seat felt very nice.
Is the 990R seat anything like it?

The stock 990R seat is like sitting on ice. Slippery and hard. Not much good for anything over 100 miles on the freeway in my opinion. I went with a PD Replica seat.

Thanks for the info, but is the Baja seat anything like other Adv seats?

Is it made specifically for the Baja and nothing else?

same as 2011 Dakar I think , I covered my low jell seat with this imitation suede . Got it for the grip and to add another layer so my seat isn't a soft as a stocker . The only problem is that if it rains it gets soaked (just the top suede ) there is a plastic liner so the foam stays dry '
My friend called it the ShamWow of saddles :lol3

It's nice black suede with carbon sides... But it's not a flat top. Be great for a lower position if you need it and good for 2 up. It's not too hard, not too soft and the leg/arse grip on the suede is nice. I'm still changing mine for a Renazco and I might put my stock Baja seat on the flea market in july when my Renazco is finally built. Nice seat, but I need a flat top for off road and I'm 6'1" so the stock seat height is too low for me.

    Cheers
