I snapped this pic with my phone at Portland MotoCorsa. The story is these 10 little beauties were used in a recent photo shoot at Nike and are waiting to be shipped back to Italy. The bikes inside the shop were nice too :D

Maybe just my eyes, but that looks like a lot more than ten bikes. So I counted, and sure enough, it's ten bikes. Of course I have had a few beers...

The thing i think of first whenever I see an MV is the race track test the biggest bike magazine in Germany did when they came out...the first time it went down the straight the engine threw a broken pushrod through the crankcase, dumping the whole supply of engine oil on the rear tire and the track...at around 170mph.

Italian driving. Bikes parked counter to the painted lines. :D Still, if there are shipping delays or shop space shortages I'll be pleased to store one here.

No offense intended. It was actually a compliment in an odd way. Adore Italian bikes, food, people, trip reports. :D

Holy shite! I hope they have a prison style fence with razor wire and security cameras around that back lot! I can't believe they even had them parked outside! What is that, about $500-600K of bikes right there?

You'd think it would have been cheaper and easier to bring the "shoot" to the bikes as compared to the other way around.
