If this is going on the hill top area she better weld it or the scrappers will unbolt it and take it away for Al scrap.:deal There are several weld shops around Columbus who might have mild steel scrap they wound donate. C&R in Groveport and Defabco are two I've dealt with. Talk to the owners if possible, they were good people.

OK, I am lost here. Not a big deal but I am curious.

Saw a plain old typical Honda SUV around Polaris this AM.

    Licesnse plate was GLFR367

    Certainly personalized.

IIRC isn't that $100 per year + the regular license fees?

I guess I can understand if you are into some fringe thing or drive or participate in something obscure.

His money, but it seems a little strange to me....isn't golf like the most popular thing in the world for the middle class whaite guy?

if you were really into it wouldn't try something more creative like. SWNG BIG, or BALL DRVR?

I am going to check to see if the DMV has OXGN BRTHR available...

Anyone interested in a 98 ( I think) Superhawk? A good friend of mine is wanting to get a dual sport and wants to sell it. It has 15,000ish miles, is completely stock, but has a salvage title ( we rebuilt it in 2004, have all the pictures and most of the parts that got replaced) Here is a horrible picture I have of it next to my very beatdown, also salvaged F4i.

Paint is the Sonic Blue ford used on Mustangs, and the bike is super clean. He's looking to get 3k or will trade for a dual sport.

People get the dumbest stuff on those. The last set I had said FLASH ME (on a mustang convertible, yes, it was douchy and got revoked), I think they cost like $70 a year on top of the regular fees.

I get a kick out 'vanity' (you got it) tags.
If I don't get it in 15 seconds, they've wasted their money as far as I'm concerned.
The one I liked recently was a big, white Escalade, chrome spinner wheels, bling-ding, driver wearing a Mr. T starter kit,
his tag read (and I believed it) STEELNIT.
    Truth in advertising!

If we are discussing goofy crap on cars how about the little stickers every SUV owner is putting in there rear windshield showing the cartoon figure representing themselves? Is this so rescue teams know who to look for in the vehicle? Is it the modern "Baby on Board" sign? Are you competing with the Simpsons?:D

Most telling personalize license plate I've seen is the hot girl in the hot car with "Waz-Hiz" plates. They should just use "GLD-DIGR":lol3

Just last night I passed a run down civic with some young (20ish?) trash dude driving, big stickers on both sides of the back window depicting stick figures Eiffel-Towering a chick. Inside was not one, but two baby-seats. :baldy The kids have no chance.

My wife has XU 95 plates (she was oh so proud of the display at the crosstown shootout) which cost a total of $75 / yr to renew - not sure how much if we ordered replacement pates. I think my normal renewal is around $50, so not too bad.

There's a kid at work who drives a
VW R32 with stickers on the rear quearter windows that read, "Scootin' Like and Asshole" More truth in advertising I suspect, but I want to print out some stickers of some mangy dog scooting on a carpet and add them to the car.

Years ago in Car & Driver, they had a picture of a license plate that still makes me laugh:
    URAPNES

Most of us don't engage in activities where the chance of crossing swords is that high.

Well, realistically, you would be at opposite ends so the risk is minimized.

Prime example why I shouldn't be reading Advrider while on the phone with a customer.I started laughing and lost my train of thought with that one.

Anyway, yeah, the proportions of males to females in that iteration of a threesome are not to my liking.

I'm not homophobic, but in any sexual encounter I would prefer to have at least a 10 foot buffer zone between The Talented Mr. Ripley™ and any other male member(s).

Blue R32? Saw him at the convenient store on 303 in richfield this morning. I was scratching my head over that one. Nice car though, I would lose my license with that thing.

I insist on 1 load-bearing wall being between me and the next available erect penis.

Even if direct contact is unlikely, there's the issue of airborne fluids and the unsavory view that wrecks the whole idea of the picnic to begin with.
