May not be possible, but on some of my restoration projects with stuck swing arm pivot bolts....force becomes necessary :eek1 If you can get a hacksaw blade between the frame and swing arm, you can try cutting off the bolt flush with the swing arm. Then remove the swing arm and have the bolt pressed out of the swing arm. If you can't get a blade in between the swing arm and frame, try cutting the bolt off flush with the outside of the frame. Then center punch and drill out until it is so thin you can break off what is remaining then remove the swing. arm. Then have the bolt pressed out. Neither are easy. Both will result in use of words that will get you banned if you post them online But the swing arm will come off.
