Sounds good to me. Now if we can get everyone else to chime in, and decide WHAT TIME!
I'm in, noon is good for me.
If bikers M & N are coming, I just might have to show up.
The 3 of us can set at the retirees table.
With your "Golden Buckeye Cards".
Not old enough, but I have an AARP card! (Thanks to my slightly older but younger looking wife)
And we can talk motorcycles and bicycles while the rest talk politics and guns
"Why don’t we have both?”
I may have my forums or threads confused, but didn't someone here propose a shooting / riding duathlon?
No discussion table for Beer, Women and Sports? :huh
Women are synonymous with any type of riding, Every mountain bike race in the OMBC series ends with a kegger. I don't watch sports where men play with their balls, 4 wheeled races that only turn left* or laughable sports on ESPN like poker.
*Add more road courses than ovals to NASCAR and I might come back
Crappy weather, but productive day wrenching. Installed heated grips on the KLR. Spooned the worn out T63 off the WRR & put a Pirelli MT43 trials tire on that came with the bike. Its only half worn.
Also replaced the drivetrain on the WRR. I ended up with 14/48 (stock was 13/43) and an ORing chain. Ordered a new swingarm protector thing. The chain had ate through the guard, was just touching the swingarm & leaving marks.
The sad part is I had kept the chain well within the adjustment range since I've owned the bike (about 2k miles). It had about 5800 miles on the stock parts. At least the 14t should keep the chain away from the swingarm a little more. I did order a longer chain (112 links) so if I want to try a 49 or 50 on the rear there's room.
Count me in...use my IP gift card today to get some heated glove liners, y cable and controller set...got it 90% installed today, enough to make sure it works...will go out for a ride tomorrow to try it out.
Need any company?
Doesn't look like I am going to make it monday, have to work till atleast noon, maybe later depending on demand.
2. Don't watch mountain bike racing so I don't know what a kegger refers to.:huh
3. Boxing and hunting ok?
4. NHRA doesn't turn left (also imo nascar sucks )
5. Never understood how poker could be considered a sport.
See all Monday!
Just in case, where is this pizza shack at Buckeye lake. If I'm not working I might get bored and feel the need for a death trip thru Columbus just to prove I am alive. Or I might drive the car.
