As long as the bikes believe me that's all that matters.
Sounds like here would be the place to mention it. You have a couple interested already.
Guys, shoot me a PM if interested in the FE570. I don't want to clog up this thread with my spam.
That's nonsense. I've been riding a 525 in the Ohio woods for years. I just picked up a new KTM500 for Ohio woods duty. Just shift up, and turn the handle.
Gents, hope I'm not out'a line here. I'm posting this up only because this is a relatively local thread and figgered there might be some interest. I put my '08 DRZ up on the board today. I rode this at Hanging Rock last year and in CO last fall. Not a Street Queen, but still lots of miles left in her. If this ain't the right thing do, mea culpa....
Unless I overlooked something, you don't list a location that isn't some attempt at smartassery.
Subject line of his ad says SW Ohio/Cincinnati although I did get a kick out of 'your girlfriend's bedroom'
Sorry, Meef. Didn't realize you had exclusive rights to that on this board. My bad....
Great about riding anytime. My work schedule is weird leaving me with both last half of day on Fri. and Sat. to ride. Glad that might fit someones schedule.
Ideas for that diesel. Visit suckindiesel.com/thingy
Well If I was the trade....... I sure hope I can fake it enough to look like ya traded up?
Brush up on your bike-fu for starters.
Just ask permission next time.
Swing & Luke....come on guys....get it together!
This May will mark my 31st year with a motorcycle license & 23rd year since I bought my first ADV bike (1988 KLR)
The weather will turn, two wheels will beckon.
I've recevied responses from both representatives regarding my emails over the House Bill 35. One was an email:
"Dear Mr. Rispoli,
Thank you for contacting me regarding Governor Kasich's proposed Transportation Budget, also known as House Bill 35. House Bill 35 is currently going through the lengthy committee process, during which many changes will be made to the language of the bill, which will effect the final outcome of many programs in the budget, including the Motorcycle Rider Training Program. As House Bill 35 moves its way through the committee process and on to the floor of the House of Representatives, I'll be sure to keep your thoughts in mind regarding the funding mechanism for the Motorcycle Rider Training Program. If you have any additional concerns, please do not hesitate to contact my office. Sincerely, Ron Hood State Representative, 78th House District (614)466-1464 77 S. High Street, 12th Floor Columbus, OH 43215 "
while the other (from Rep. Gerald Stebelton) was an actual snail-mail letter which I'm too lazy to type in full,
but which says, in essence, that nothing will really change in regards to the
administration of the monies, just the name of the fund its going into. I call BS
that. He then went on to encourage me to contact the Chairman of the Transportation
Subcommittee and provided contact info:
State Representative Ross McGregor

The wife and I went to the Starliner Diner yesterday around noon-ish and there was a green KLR there, white helmet.
I didn't see any typical ADV stickers - was that anyone who pokes around here?
Thats funny, I just saw 2 green KLRs (older models) going south on High street @ Morse, the second one looked like it had black Jesse cases.
Took Maggie out for a day of CB-ing (covered bridgeing). Snagged 6 bridges and 170 miles.
first bridge of the day:
then my camera battery died and I had to use the cell phone for the other five
good days riding...despite the traffic on 270 coming home
I rode up to Hilliard for a job interview this afternoon, you get stuck in that wreck on 270 south around 4:30?
When I started to ride motorcycles a person did not need no stinkin motorcycle endorsment just a license to drive a car.
