Stuck at work, watching the day go by.
Banning is great. All the cool kids are doing it.
Im just enjoying my last day in paradise before returning home to sell everything and cash in my retirement to move.
I get the glock!
I'm trying to get all the grass cut before the storms come rolling through. I haven't had time to go fishing today....
I just went by your house, it's still there....
Deal..I would have to move up in carry weapons to fit in out here.
Damn...I was hoping to just call the insurance agent.
I can go back...
Taking the family and going off the radar is great. All the cool kids are doing it.
I wouldn't call Honolulu "off the radar"
Didn't you ever watch Magnum PI? There is a very shady underbelly there.
If we get rain the next two days and I can't dig holes in my back yard, I'm planning on riding on Saturday. Probably take a 650 trip southbound in search of some curves and gravel. Anyone interested?
Side note. Clearfork's APV trails reopen May 3rd. THe price went up to $10 a day, or $100 for a season pass , and they are only open Friday, Sat, and Sunday. Also they will be closed for a few weeks in may for a Warrior Dash. IMO, not worth $10 to go ride there.
Highland Scenic Highway east of Richwood,WV Sunday April 7th.
More pics in my signature thread.
Anyone in the Reynoldsburg area or nearby want to make some $$ the next two days? I have a house to empty out and the dumpster is being dropped off tomorrow. Pays cash.
The Highland Scenic Parkway is one of my favorite places in WV. If you turn right and go down the hill into Marlinton, you can wear off some "chicken strips" as well. That is about what the Highland Scenic Parkway looked like back in October when I was there. I rode through some snow but then chickened out when it started to get too deep and too long a distance.
I had an interesting ride up the back way to Spruce Knob that weekend as well.
Whomever that was in Old Dublin wearing the orange pants, that was me waving hi. :fyyff
Who do you think it was?
I tried to get up to Spruce Knob last week and after a few miles of riding in tire tracks I got to this spot. That was as far as I made it. Would have been a good time to have the WR. I guess I will have to go back this summer and try again.
No idea. I haven't been around long enough to recognize bikes / gear. He was riding a black dual sport with two ADV stickers on the front number plate: the Touareg ADV up top and the standard oval below.
I am glad that you turned around and did not wreck my next bike.
What happened to the one in Van Wert?
It was me jackass....I saw the rack and thought "must be a rider". Then I saw the am radio plates and realized it was you. I was heading home from the dentist over there.
Unrelated....no electricity here ....suck.
