I am speechless, he looked like a kind and caring person, I feel for you Sambor, my deepest condolences.. :cry

It's been almost 6 months since I lost a close friend and it has changed my perspective, what a high price to pay for something we love so much doing.

Ride on and let Izi be the fresh morning breeze in your face...

Sorry to learn of Izi's death. Always a bad day when I hear the loss of a soul who enjoyed life so much. Makes me remember that life is very short and need to make the most of our time here. My condolences...

God has called another of his great adventurers home. May Izi ride on, wherever he is, as he will in our hearts and minds.

Wow what a report Thank you Sambor for putting this up here. With all that is going on over there people think the worst of that area I think. I am awestruck by the views and the people you met.

Lets face it Adventure riding is about more than the views you see. Its very much about the people you go with and the people you meet along the way.

That being said I am truely saddened by this report. I perposly did not read every comment because of things I knew would be talked about...that being said I did catch the part where Izi died...

I am so very sorry for your loss. I cannot explain how I feel after looking through this RR and then seeing that Izi is gone and knowing how close you had to be to go on an adveture like this...:cry

Sambor, i can say no words, only share visions of being alone but together, and of being in a beautiful place like Central Asia, but in peace.

Izi furthered the effort to see this heaven on earth. what great fortune to have him as a friend.

After spending quite a few hours glued to my laptop reading your ride report, which is amazing, the final pages have saddened me. I'm very sorry for the loss of your friend, and for his family in Poland. It seems that he was a great person with character.

Still, I hope it won't keep you from getting back on your bike and continuing to show people from around the world these amazing places. I guess it will be hard, given that he was your business partner, but at least he lived doing what he loved, and my best guess it that he wouldn't ever want to keep you from doing the same.

    Rest in Peace Izy.

As someone said earlier on this forum "Earth first, will ride the other planets later". Then, it was already later :cry
